Calcium from milk

Interesting fact, an average American intakes the more dairy products than any other nationality on earth. The Americans are the top dairy consumers in the world.

Adverts which we are shown on televisions and radio’s always tell us that milk is the calcium king.

Calcium plays an important role in our bodies, helping us form osteoblasts.

These osteoblasts help us all build and maintain a good bone structure by removing old bone and replacing with new bone cells.

So here is the question, why do more people suffer with osteoporosis in American than in China ?

If we are told that milk is the highest form of calcium, then surely we should have less problems later on in life?

In fact truth be told , that  milk is not the best way to consume calcium, not all the calcium can be absorbed and the best way to intake calcium is through food consumption.

Also food products today can be often misleading, with positive bright colours and well written labels  nearly all food can look great. The packing can make us believe the product is good and healthy without looking at the ingredients.

The Chinese and Asian communities, keep healthy by eating fresh vegetables which are used in stir frys, noodles & rice dishes.

Healthview newsletter,Dr William E.Ellis reported’ Thousands and Thousands of blood test I’ve conducted show that people who drink three or four glasses of milk a day invariably had the lowest levels of blood calcium. My tests show conclusively, in my opinion, that adults who use milk products do not absorb nutrients as well as adults who don’t”

the reason stated by Dr Ellis was that milk products have a great ability to neutralize hydrochloric acid, which then forces your stomach to work harder so that it can produce more acid helping  you digest your food.

Calcium is important to help keeping bone marrow healthy and it’s fight against osteoporosis. Calcium also contributes our nails and teeth.
