Daily fluid intake

High consumption of fats, dairies and meats will have a high fat body intake throughout.

The intake of the more solid foods such as carbs, vegetables or fruits are often left out from our diet, often the body feels extremely tired towards the end of the day.

Carbohydrates are essential, these are high in glucose and glycogen which are essential for daily energy, especially when conducting  household work and general fitness.

Fruits and vegetables also need increase, both hold lots of fibre with added vitamins and minerals important for our body needs, vitamins we need to concentrate more  on  daily  are Folic Acid, Pantothenic acid , vitamins C , E and K. These are often found to be low in western diets.

Most of the vitamins are held in green leafy vegetables  like spinach also found in wheat germ, whole grains, fish and fruit.

Minerals can the deficiency in Magnesium, Iron and Selenuim, all are important as they each have an major role with in our body system.

  • Magnesium helps maintain healthy bones and teeth
  • Iron helps with the skin and nail structure
  • Selenium helps the antioxidants in the body
