- 3 onions shredded
- 2 capsicums each colour Julienne
- mustard oil or fry mustard grain in oil
- 5 chillies green or red
- 2 cups paprika
- 12 tbsp paprika
- 6 tbsp
- 10 tbsp Cumin
- 5 tbsp Gram masala
- 10 tbsp garlic crushed
- 8 tbsp ginger crushed
- 5 tbs fresh chilli ground
- 20-15 tbsp tomato paste
- hand full fresh coriander
- 1/2 cup cumin seeds
method
- blend onions and chilies together
- place mustard oil on pan fry blend mix and capsicums
- on high heat add paprika, cumin, Gram masala, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, ground chili
- then add tomato past
- boil 20 onions in water and blend to use as a base sauce
