Lutein is a carotenoid with reported anti-inflammatory properties. A large body of evidence shows that lutein has several beneficial effects, especially on eye health. In particular, lutein is known to improve or even prevent age-related macular disease which is the leading cause of blindness and vision impairment.

Lutein is a carotenoid that gives marigolds their unique color. It is also the yellow-orange compound naturally present in the macula – the segment of the eye responsible for 3D vision. Lutein 50mg contains a potent and concentrated extract of marigold. These tablets are rich in nutrients that are essential for the proper working of the eye.
