DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement we recommend taking one tablet a day.

Zinc citrate 50mg.
Magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent)

One tablet provides 15mg of zinc element (50mg of zinc citrate) which equates to 150% NRV (Nutritional reference value).
