I absolutely love this article because I know that every word of it is true. I am a 71 year old woman who up to a year ago, always worked out and did strength training. I stopped working out because I hurt my hip and it has taken so long for it to get back to normal. I have just recently started back on training and I feel so good again…I was so depressed when I was in pain and feeling like I would never get strong again. Every word in this article is true and I am so glad to have read it at this time when I needed the encouragement to get back at it…Thank you so much.
