Ingredients to make your 1 litre of your own Isotonic drink:

Ingredients
  • 750ml  Water
  • 250 ml Orange Juice (or any alternative juice)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 large pinch of salt
Method.

Mix the water and fruit juice together,  add sugar and salt then stir well.
